Jenn’s Hippie Smoothie Recipe

My utra-awesome smoothie is made as follows:

  1. 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  2. 1/2 cup orange juice
  3. 1/4 cup plain, whole-milk kefir
  4. 1 tsp maple syrup (to sweeten – optional!!!)
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 2 scoops collagen peptide powder
  7. 2 tsp magnesium
  8. vitamin D drops
  9. 1 cup frozen berries
  10. 1/2 cup frozen spinach


Blend, blend, blend. Add more juice if you need. Don’t feel bad about all of the stuff!! Also, Jennifer Aniston uses collagen peptide powder in her smoothies… so, it’s legit. 😉
